At Gulabi Dori, we want you to love your handcrafted apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Approval
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide a confirmation email with shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging and hand them over to our logistics partner during the scheduled pickup window.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
