How do I determine the right size for my outfit?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since our garments often feature traditional cuts, we recommend measuring your bust and waist to find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable silhouette.
What is the typical delivery timeline for an order?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Do you offer customization or bespoke tailoring?
Currently, we offer the sizes listed on our website. However, some of our premium collections include extra margins for easy alterations. Please contact our support team if you have specific minor adjustment requests.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my Gulabi Dori garments?
To preserve the vibrancy of the dyes and the integrity of the hand-block prints, we recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. Subsequent washes should be hand-washed separately in cold water with a mild detergent.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders within India, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for a nominal convenience fee.
